  • Salary packaging option (up to an additional $15,895 p/a)
  • Full-time position based in Berrimah
  • Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm

CatholicCare NT is a not-for-profit organisation, providing services and programs to individuals, couples, families, children, groups, schools, and agencies across the Northern Territory. Administrative staff working for CatholicCare NT facilitate the supply and management of resources that support and enhance CatholicCare NT's programs, business objectives and initiatives.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for Casual receptionist to join our Patient Care/Hostel Accommodation in Berrimah. You will be responsible for providing professional, welcoming and culturally respectful customer services skills to participants, visitors, service providers, stake holders and general public in order for the program to meet its objectives.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar environment
  • Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing work tasks and deliver to agreed
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the development of the support, reception area provides for the organisation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including ability to manage challenging participants
