Who we Are

CatholicCare NT is a Catholic social service agency established in the Diocese of Darwin. We provide services throughout the NT, including service centres in Darwin, Palmerston, Malak, Tiwi Islands, Daly River, Wadeye, Jabiru, Maningrida, Katherine, Tennant Creek, Alice Springs, Santa Teresa, Titjikala, Finke and APY lands.

About the Program

Programs include family and relationship counselling, children and parenting support, AOD counselling, DFV counselling, financial wellbeing and capability, men's behaviour change, domestic violence prevention, tenancy support, mental health, youth mental health and Aged Care Advocacy.

A significant number of these programs report into the Dept Social Services SCORE framework.

About the Opportunity

The Program Outcomes Coordinator is responsible for providing guidance to increase capacity of the organisation to measure and report on the impact of our services, in order to meet our objectives. This position has a particular focus on the development of systems for implementation and monitoring of outcome measurement tools, reporting, and driving program improvements, with reference to sector benchmarking. The role will work across programs, with a key focus on promoting strong program engagement in qualitative and quantitative outcomes reporting.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant qualification in Social Services with equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including, data interpretation and reporting.
  • Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people
  • Experience in reporting outcomes against the Dept of Social Services SCORE framework
  • Application of a high level of discipline (outcomes measurement) knowledge
