Our Selection Process
You will receive an email confirming your application has been received. Our selection process includes-
The interview panel (2-3 people) will assess applications based on qualifications and recent and relevant experience, skills and knowledge. The selection of candidates for interview will be based on the information presented in your online application.
If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted within approximately two (2) weeks of the closing date. Interviews normally take between 30-60 minutes and you will be asked questions relating to the selection criteria. Make sure you bring with you evidence of relevant qualifications, certificates, licences or cards as outlined in the Role Description.
A member of the interview panel will contact the referees that you have provided with your application. When you complete the interview, it is recommended that you contact your referees and let them know that they may be contacted shortly.
We require our staff to have a Working with Children ochre card and a criminal history check. You will be advised about applying for these checks should your application be successful.
Those candidates that are not offered and interview will be advised by email that they were unsuccessful on this occasion.
Candidates that were interviewed will be contacted by phone and email if they were not the preferred candidate.
